Kenny, Pat (AFM Chairman)

Patrick J. Kenny is Senior Vice President of client relations for CQG. His responsibilities include business development and working with account management. He joined the firm in July 2010. Previously, Kenny had been with Patsystems, North America as an Officer and Managing Director for 10 years. Patrick has worked in the financial trading sector for more than 33 years. Before joining Patsystems, I held senior positions in institutional sales with Prudential Securities and ABN Amro. Patrick also worked in institutional sales at Geldermann and Harris Bank. Patrick Kenny has been a member of the Chicago Board of Trade since 1983 and currently a member of the CME Group. Patrick is also a Board member of the FIA IT Division. Patrick joined the board of advisors of OptionsCity on Feb. 22, 2010.


Widjaja, Megain

Megain Widjaja is CEO of the Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (ICDX) and was one of the key members of the ICDX start-up committee. He is responsible for implementing the organization’s mission to become the benchmark index for Indonesia's prime commodities, as well as developing multiple growth strategies to expand ICDX core products and offerings including financial based contracts. He works closely with regulators to enhance the development of the derivatives industry in Indonesia, as well as develop relationships with other international exchanges and industry participants.

Kasza, Krisztina

Krisztina has been the Secretary of AFM since 2000. Prior to this she headed the Marketing Department of the Budapest Commodity Exchange.


Terry, Adembesa

Mr. Terrence Adembesa is the Chief Officer, Derivatives Market. Terrence has over 10 years’ experience in investment banking and notable achievements in financial sector engagements that have and continue to impact directly on the lives of ordinary Kenyans.

Prior to his current role, Terrence was the Manager - Product Development, at the NSE, with key responsibilities in driving business, the development and implementation of new products and markets and the management of information services. These have included the Growth Enterprise Market Segment (GEMS), the NSE and FTSE International Index Series and a suite of products (Derivatives Market, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Exchange Traded Funds).

He previously worked in Corporate Finance at the Merchant and Investment Banking Division of the Co-operative Bank (K) and at the Enablis Entrepreneurial Network. He is a Global Executive MBA graduate from the United States International University (USIU) and a BBA Management honors undergraduate from the University of Eastern Africa –Baraton. Terry has attended various Capital Markets and Securities Industry Certifications

Caram, Ismael

Ismael is a member of the Executive Commitee of the Rosario Futures Exchange (ROFEX) Board, responsable for designing and executing the strategic plans of the ROFEX Group of Companies. Previously, he acted as Deputy CEO and COO of the Exchange. He joined the Market Operations team at ROFEX in 2002. Since then, Ismael has participated in different challenges such as the creation of a Market Maker Incentive programe, the launch of Direct Market Access models, and the representation of the company in roundtable discussions of the local capital markets industry, specializing on interconnectivity agreements. Ismael also represents ROFEX in international conferences, events and expos. Starting on 2016, Ismael has become a member of the board of Primary (the IT Company of ROFEX).

Chakornpipat, Rinjai

Dr. Rinjai Chakornpipat, CFA is a Senior Executive Vice President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) taking care of derivatives and equity product trading and development. She is also the Managing Director of Thailand Futures Exchange, a subsidiary of SET group. Prior join SET, she served as Senior Executive Vice President of Retail Business at Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the biggest brokerage house in Thailand.

Dr. Rinjai was originally one of the team leaders who established Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX) in 2004.  She has extensive experience in the Thai capital market in various aspects such as product & business development, sales and marketing, international relations in both securities and derivatives markets.  She also has experience in portfolio management and securities analysis.  She earned a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and doctoral degree in business administration from Cleveland State University, United States, after graduating with an MBA from Chulalongkorn University and bachelor of business administration from Thammasat University.

Yu-Jer Sheu

Mr. Yu-Jer Sheu assumes Chairmanship of TAIFEX 

Mr. Sheu assumed Chairmanship of Taiwan Futures Exchange (TAIFEX) on July 23, 2018. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Minister (2016-2018) and Administrative Deputy Minister (2013-2016) in the Ministry of Finance, with principal responsibilities for enforcing national fiscal policies, designing tax policies and the taxation system as well as devising customs policy and tariff system.

On behalf of the government, Mr. Sheu led Taiwan delegation to attend multiple international conferences, including APEC Finance Ministerial Meeting, the annual meeting of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) and the annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) from 2017 to 2018. He has been actively engaging in information sharing and bilateral talks with representatives of other countries, successfully boosting Taiwan's image and international profile.

From 2007 to 2013, Mr. Sheu was Director-General of the Taxation Agency. During that period, he oversaw drafting and revision of tax regulations; planning and evaluating the levy and collection of tax administrations; directing and supervising the anti-corruption efforts of all levels of tax administration, among others.

Mr. Sheu received Master of Laws (LL. M) from Harvard Law School in the US in 1986 and earned a Master's degree in the field of Public Finance from National Chengchi University in Taiwan in 1978

Mátrai, Károly

After receiving his diploma in economics he spent a short time in administration before joining KELER as a risk analyst in 1995.

He became assistant risk manager, then in 1999 director of the risk management department. From 2003 he is also responsible for the developments in KELER; from 2007 he functions as a director of finance as well.

From 2009 KELER Ltd founded KELER CCP by organizing the clearing house functions into a separate artificial company.

He is the leading officer of the subsidiary company since the foundation, from 2011 as a CEO, from 2012 as a Member of the Board as well.

He has broker exam in stock-and commodity-market. For more than 5 years he is an active member and teacher of the Central European School of Broker’s Foundation. 

Constantinou, Paul (AFM President)

Paul Constantinou has more than 35 years experience in the International Wholesale Energy and Financial Markets. Over the years Paul has been engaged as business consultant, technology supplier and market practitioner and continues to provide advisory services to a portfolio of industry clients.
